Saturday Photo Hunt - Orange!

I always associated exotic looking Passion Flowers & their fruit with Hot Houses or Tropical climes - they are native to South America - that was, 'til I moved to my present address where several neighbours have Passion vines growing prolifically in their front gardens!
And, this year they have produced an abundance of orange fruit...Unfortunately, only the imported small, dark purplish green skinned passion fruit are edible, other wise, I would be very tempted to sneakily pick a few of these orange beauties & experiment!

tnchick is the creator & host & prompter of this long running photo meme!

We used to have until the possums killed the vines have the common purple but also a red, yellow and the banana passion fruit, all were edible. Dont try them but you could get them checked out. The Banana one (yellow long shape)isnt as tart as the purple.
