Seeing, boat 'Goring' being decked with balloons & ribbons meant only one thing - a wedding reception afloat...
This was confirmed by goods van holding up the traffic, as it delivered case upon case of wine!What a brilliant & fun idea.
And, it'll certainly make for different wedding photos.
I headed off to the Celebration Cake Shop to see if there was a purple & white themed cake waiting to be collected but no.

I love weddings. Perhaps, I will have balloons like that at my wedding. I bet it was really neat to walk past such a happy boat.
