Yes, it's the bridge as seen in last Fridays Sky Watch reflective shot of the lake.This angle looks down from the railway's 'fly-over', towards to Hinksey Park.

I think you're right. This is perfect for mono. I like how the shadow of the railing runs the length of the bridge. Nice pattern.
Very nice take on the bridge. I think you need to be super fit to go up and down that very often..
