The wonderfully colourful image above is entitled

"Pete's Fairy"
I wonder, if you can see why?
It is the work of my friend Beth Stafford from
Art With Love From PiCassieO, who has kindly given me permission to use it.
Thank-you!

Camera Critters - The Portraits!

"I would rather see the portrait of a dog that I know,
than all the allegorical paintings they can show me in the world"
Samuel Johnson
[1709 - 1784]

Both my Welsh Terrier 'nephew' Taffy & Airedale 'niece' Molly, have recently had their portraits done.
They very graciously gave me permission to reproduce them here, with their wonderful selves long side...
Molly's arrived first & her account of it, is in her post 'On the Wall'.
Naturally, Taffy wanted his own & wrote about it in 'My Portrait'.
Both chalk drawings are by amateur artist, C.L. Cotterell, who is obviously exceedingly talented

I wanted you to know that I tried to participate in TCThursday but my computer was acting up. Sooo, I used the collage today and mentioned you, my friend.
Happy Monday!
