The wonderfully colourful image above is entitled

"Pete's Fairy"
I wonder, if you can see why?
It is the work of my friend Beth Stafford from
Art With Love From PiCassieO, who has kindly given me permission to use it.
Thank-you!

True Colours Thursday - CERISE!!

I chose this weeks colour, for my B'Day twinny Snowball, who will be eleven this coming Sunday - this photo of her dressed in her favourite colour, is courtesy of her jie-jie ...
CERISE, a bright shade of PINK, I love in flowers...However, my wardrobe, only contains a cosy Berri & Scarf set, a gift, as modelled here by Woodstock...Though, I wouldn't mind owning this striking handbag as it would match perfectly...
Heading towards the Covered Market yesterday, in hope of a contribution from the Celebration Cake shop, I couldn't help but notice, that HMV & Nipper have had a CERISE makeover...And, re a cake, I wasn't disappointed...
To participate in True Colours Thursday, all you need, is to post a photo/photographs & text, or better still both, on the specified colour of the week. Then, LINK back to me & leave a word here, to say you are playing along.
For this meme only, I have again lifted my 'Comment Moderation' to help visiting.
Everyone, who is or has previously participated recently, is named & linked in my side bar.
AND, I do try to up-date the list throughout the day.
Next weeks colour is TURQUIOSE - requested by Muge of The World of Wonder Turquette, she missed it the first time round, so I dohope she participates again this week!!!
If, anyone has a suggestion for a 'Colour', please feel free to say.

Hiya Blue, you beat me to it. Thanks for the comments. :-)

I posted in the early hours and it was too soon to post on here that i had played.

I just popped on here now quickly to let you know i am in this week but i wont be able to look round to see what others have posted until tonight.

That cake is great, it looks so real. That is a fantastic cake shop you have there. I also love the cerise colour in flowers, very pretty. :-)

I will be back later on to check out your holiday photo's. I have not been blogging the last few days and have a lot of catching up to do now. hehe

Yep, the purse would go nicely with Marigold's shirt. My favorite is dear Woodstock in his cerise hat and scarf. Honestly, I thought the cake was actually a purse. Talented baker.

I had a hard time with cerise, but you have some fabulous finds here. The flowers are beautiful--I like the way you arranged the pics. The cakes are unbelievable. But, my favorite would have to be Woodstock!

I am behind on commenting, but I have really enjoyed your vacation pictures, also.

Love,
Marguerite

We had a hard time with this one and most of our photos is a "stretch".

Thanks for hosting this weekly event.
